Meet & Greet Evaluation

When you arrive for your scheduled Meet & Greet appointment, a member of our family will greet you outside our home and escort you to our designated waiting area. Before the evaluation begins, we will review a brief liability form and collect the $25 evaluation fee.

During the Meet & Greet, a member of our family will accompany your dog into our main living area while you and your family remain comfortably in the waiting area. This allows us to evaluate your dog’s behavior and interactions in a calm, natural environment without the added influence of their family being present.

Introductions are conducted slowly, thoughtfully, and methodically, with the safety and comfort of every dog in our care as our highest priority. We carefully observe body language, temperament, social behavior, and interactions with our resident dogs and social group.

The evaluation typically takes approximately 30–45 minutes. Once the assessment is complete, your dog will be brought back to you in the waiting area. We will then discuss our observations and evaluation results with you and determine whether your canine companion is a good fit for our family-style lodging environment.

Overnight Lodging

Reservations are required in advance. A 50% prepayment of the anticipated stay is required at the time the reservation is made, with the remaining balance due at pick-up.

When you arrive for your dog’s scheduled drop-off time, a member of our family will greet you outside and assist with check-in. We will carefully receive, document, and organize all food, medications, and personal belongings you provide for your dog’s comfort during their stay. We will review your dog’s feeding schedule, medication instructions, daily routine, and any additional information that may help us provide the most personalized care possible. We welcome details about your dog’s personality, preferences, habits, and anything else that may help us make their stay feel more like home. Once check-in is complete, a member of our family will accompany your dog into our main living quarters and begin the integration process with our resident dogs and social group. Introductions are handled thoughtfully and at your dog’s pace to promote a safe and comfortable transition.

Your dog’s accommodations will be prepared in our living room with a bed, blanket, crate, or mat, depending on their individual preferences, needs, and the personal items you provide. Our canine guests enjoy the freedom to move throughout our home while receiving appropriate supervision and care. They also have supervised outdoor time in our securely enclosed and thoughtfully landscaped yard. Throughout your dog’s stay, we closely observe their behavior, habits, interactions, and overall comfort. We adjust their care as needed to help them remain happy, secure, and relaxed in our home environment. We provide updates by text or email throughout their visit, keeping you informed about how your dog is settling in, interacting with the group, and enjoying their stay.

At your scheduled pick-up time, a member of our family will meet you outside with your dog’s belongings. We will escort you to our waiting area, where we’ll review highlights and important details from your dog’s stay and collect any remaining balance. Then comes the best part—we’ll reunite you with your canine companion for plenty of hugs, kisses, and happy tails before they head home with you!

Daycare

Dogs have the opportunity to relax, play, explore, and interact with our social group throughout the day, with plenty of opportunities for rest and downtime when needed. With free range of our home, dogs integrate as a part of our family.
